  • Dr. Fong is no longer a Denti-cal provider. Dr. Lee and Helen, our hygienist, are Denti-cal providers and will continue treating patients of record in this office. However, we are no longer accepting new Denti-cal patients.

If we cannot accept your insurance, we may be able to help you locate a dentist who will accept your insurance plan.
